Shengfeng Precision Precision Casting: Using the investment casting method, also known as the lost wax method, Shengfeng Precision employs both mid-temperature wax-silica sol and low-temperature wax composite casting processes. In the lost wax process, liquid wax is injected into an aluminum alloy mold with the same shape as the casting. It is then gradually coated with multiple layers of high-temperature-resistant material, dried, and formed. The wax shell is melted in a vapor dewaxing kettle, cast with molten steel, and after removing the shell and cutting the gating system, the casting product is obtained after heat treatment. Shengfeng Precision utilizes special core technologies like urea cores to achieve the development of complex structural castings.

Shengfeng Precision Sand Casting: In the resin sand casting process, the external shape of the molding sand uses high-standard silica sand and zircon sand mixed with clay. The core sand employs synthetic resin sand and coated sand processes. After compact molding, molten iron is poured, and the rough castings are polished and ground before undergoing heat treatment to produce the casting product.

Materials producible: Common cast iron materials such as HT200, HT250, QT450, QT500.

Product weight range: 0.5kg-500kg

Casting surface quality: Ra12.5

Casting images: Pump bodies, impellers, valve bodies, and various components.

Customers provide drawings or samples and casting material requirements. Shengfeng Precision conducts process analysis and provides mold/casting quotations after customer confirmation, signs contracts with customers, conducts mold structure analysis and mold design. Shengfeng Precision can produce precision castings - medium-temperature wax molds, low-temperature wax molds, and automatic wax molds; sand castings - shell sand (sand core) molds, molding line molds, sand molds, and wooden molds. The finished mold size inspection is handed over to the foundry workshop. The foundry workshop arranges for casting trials, sand removal, and heat treatment of castings, dimensional inspection, and material inspection of castings, and completes the castings. Machining trials can be arranged for castings. Shengfeng Precision can provide machining services such as turning, milling, drilling, grinding, and boring for customers.
